In red dead redemption at the beggining john marston gets shot there is a rumour he went into a coma and its just a halucination and his family are actually dead and at the end the actual character dies and stays in that dream world this was spectualted by the mission "3 bullets, 3 graves" were it shows his sos grave wifes grave and his grave.
